Square

Two thin square plates are connected at a subtle angle to create a three-dimensional shape, It is a three-dimensional shape.

The shape is created by combining two squares, which should be made of only 'lines', but they certainly have a square 'face'.

Although it is supposed to be made only of "lines," it certainly looks as if it has a square "surface".

This may be due to the effect of light felt from the mirror finish on the inside of the lines and the matte finish on the flat part.

Born in Tokyo. Women’s College of Fine Arts, Tokyo, Formative Art Course. Studied Jewelry Design at Pforzheim’s School of Design. Set up her own studio in Düsseldorf. 1993 Established her atelier in Dusseldorf, Germany. Exhibitions are held in various countries in Europe based in Germany. She lives in Dusseldorf.
