How to Order
All wedding jewelry is made to order.
1. Free consultation
We accept consultations at MENTOSEN Design Studio and Store.
Please make your reservation here.
We can provide diamonds to suit your preferences.
If you make a reservation at least 5 days in advance, we can prepare and show you diamonds that we can offer you.
If you have a budget or a preferred stone size in mind, please let us know in advance.
2. Order / Payment
Your order becomes official once you pay for the jewelry, and production of the jewelry begins.
3. Making of the jewelry
Your ordered jewelry will be completed in approximately 1.5 to 2 months.
We recommend reaching out at least 10 weeks before you need your special piece. If you require a shorter delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible.
Finished products can be picked up in person or delivered to your home.

From gemstone selections to original designs, we create one-of-a-kind custom rings tailored to your specific requests.
You can view the design using a 3D printed model.
We can discuss designs using your favorite diamonds or other gemstones.

1. Design and gemstone consultations
Please note that we currently only accept requests from those who can visit MENTOSEN Design Studio and Store in person.
We will provide counseling to understand your needs and preferences.
We recommend making a reservation in advance.
If you make a reservation at least 5 days in advance, we can prepare and show you diamonds that we can offer you.

We can also find fancy colored and fancy shaped diamonds to suit your preferences.
2. Free presentation of design sketches and an estimate
You can view the design using a 3D printed model.
Designs and quotes take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month to prepare.
3. Order / Payment
Your order becomes official once you pay for the jewelry, and production of the jewelry begins.
4. Making of the jewelry
Your ordered jewelry will be completed in approximately 2 to 2.5 months.
We recommend reaching out at least 3 months before you need your special piece. If you require a shorter delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible.
5. Confirmation of ring size before completion
You can check the ring size before it is completed in platinum or gold.
Depending on the design, some do not require intermediate checks.
Service
1. Inner letters
Free letters engraving
For rings made of gold or platinum, it is possible to have a commemorative letter engraved on the inside of the ring free of charge.We will engrave up to 15 characters free of charge.
Characters that can be used: Uppercase letters, numbers, ".", "&", "to"
Laser engraving (charged)
Up to 18 characters will be engraved with with a laser. There is an optional charge of 3,300 yen (tax included) for this option.
2. Resizing
Ring sizes are available in 0.5 increments.
We offer free size adjustments up to two sizes larger or smaller than your original order, but only once within one month of your initial order.
